Our Policy

• Awesome Net services are prepaid. This means once you pay for a Monthly / Quarterly / Semi-Annual / Annual plan,the amount cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• So, please choose your plan carefully before making the payment.

When Refunds Are Possible

• New Connection Not Possible: If for any reason we are unable to provide you a new connection, we will refund your payment. The refund process usually takes 1 weeks after confirmation from our payment team.
• Security Deposits: If you have paid a refundable security deposit for any device or equipment, the amount will be refunded once you return the item in good working condition.
• Payment Issues: If there is any payment failure or transaction error due to technical reasons, we will look into it on a case-to-case basis.

Billing Concerns

• If you have any billing-related issues, just drop us an email at support@awesomenet.in with your concern.
• We will review and respond within 1 week.
• If the issue is found valid, we will adjust it in your account through a discount or credit note.
